📌 Refund Policy – Digital Products

Thank you for your purchase. Please note that all our products are digital downloads, and therefore non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

⚠️ Exceptions

We will only consider refunds in the rare case of:

• A duplicate purchase made in error.

• A technical issue that prevents access to the file and cannot be resolved.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
